Facility Use Requests

Our schools and facilities are part of the Creswell community. We offer a variety of buildings, spaces, and fields for community use by request.

To submit a use request, complete the Facility Use Request form and return the hard copy form, along with proof of insurance, to the appropriate building OR complete the Facility Use Request form digitally and submit via email to facilityrequest@creswell.k12.or.us and it will be routed to the appropriate building.
