SchoolPay

SchoolPay offers families a way to pay for school-related fees and meals online, either by e-check, Mastercard, Visa or Discover credit cards. Families will immediately receive an e-mail receipt confirming their purchase(s).

SchoolPay allows families to make payments at a time convenient for their schedules, protects sensitive account information, and offers the convenience of having records of purchases and payments available online.

 

SchoolPay Update for the 2026–2027 School Year

For many years, Creswell School District has covered the transaction fees associated with online payments through SchoolPay, allowing families to make digital payments at no additional cost. As costs have continued to increase, we have reached a point where the district can no longer absorb these processing fees.

Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, all online payments made through SchoolPay will include a convenience fee. This fee is charged only when paying online and helps offset the cost of processing digital transactions.

Families who wish to avoid the convenience fee may continue to make payments by cash or check at their child’s school.

Save on Convenience Fees

To help minimize fees, we encourage families to combine multiple items into a single SchoolPay transaction whenever possible. Rather than checking out after each item, you can:

  1. Log in to SchoolPay.
  2. Add the first item you wish to purchase to your cart.
  3. Return to the school’s payment page and continue adding any additional eligible items (fees, activities, donations, etc.) to your cart.
  4. Once all items have been added, proceed to checkout and complete one payment.

By consolidating purchases into a single transaction, you’ll pay one convenience fee instead of multiple fees on separate transactions.

  1. Go to schoolpay.com.
  2. Find or Create your account.
  3. Login to SchoolPay’s mobile-friendly site and pay electronically with your credit/debit card or electronic check.
