Healthy and Safe Schools Plan

Oregon Administrative Rule 581-022-2223 requires school districts in Oregon to develop a Healthy and Safe Schools Plan that includes details regarding environmental conditions at the facilities owned or leased by the district or school where students or staff are present on a regular basis. The four areas addressed by the Healthy and Safe Schools Plan include integrated pest management, radon, lead in drinking water, and lead paint.
