Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA) Plan – 403(b):

One of the optional retirement options for employees at Creswell School District is participation in a 403(b) plan. Employees can choose to contribute to this plan.

To Participate you have just 3 Easy Steps:

1. Set up a 403(b) account with one of the authorized vendors from the list below.
2. Complete a Creswell School District Salary Reduction Agreement form.
3. Deliver the form to Human Resources in the District Office.

There is not a deadline to enroll in a 403(b), but signing up as soon as possible is the best choice you can make if you are serious about maximizing your retirement savings.
