Returning Families – Annual Student Information Update

Creswell School District – ParentVUE

We’re excited to introduce Synergy, Creswell School District’s new Student Information System—designed to make staying connected to your student’s education easier and more efficient than ever.

As part of this transition, families will now use ParentVUE, a secure portal within Synergy, to:

• • Update household information and verify emergency contacts

  • Review attendance, grades, and schedules

  • Complete annual online registration forms

Action Needed Before First Day of School!

If your student attended Creswell School District in the 2024–25 school year, you will receive an automated email with your ParentVUE activation code.

Once you receive your email:

1. Log in to ParentVUE using the activation code and instructions provided.
2. Confirm your information – Verify household details, phone numbers, emergency contacts, and medical information.
3. Update anything that has changed – This ensures we have the most accurate information for your student on the first day of school.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

• If you do not receive your activation email, please contact your school office starting to verify your email address.

• Once confirmed, we will resend your ParentVUE activation information.

New to Creswell School District?

If your student did not attend CSD in 2024–25, please use our Online Enrollment system to register as a new student.
