Welcome to Creswell School District! We are excited to welcome your student to our schools. Whether your child is entering elementary, middle school, or high school, our online registration process will guide you step-by-step.

Important Update: New Student Information System – Synergy
Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, Creswell School District will use a new student information system called Synergy. This upgrade will make the enrollment process easier and give families streamlined access to student information. As we transition from eSchool to Synergy, there may be small changes to the registration process. We appreciate your patience during this improvement.

Online enrollment for the 2025-26 School Year opens August 11th.

Who should use Online Enrollment?

• New Students – Families who are enrolling a student in Creswell School District for the first time.
• Returning Students from 2024-25 – If your student attended a CSD school last year, you do not need to re-enroll. Instead, log in to ParentVue to update your student’s information:

Before your begin – Residency Requirements

To enroll as a district resident, a student’s custodial guardian must live within the Creswell School District boundaries.

• If you are unsure which district you live in, you can search by address here.

• Students who live outside the district may submit an inter-district transfer request.
  

Required Documentation

Have these documents ready to upload during online registration (or you may hand-deliver copies to the school office):

• Proof of Age – Birth certificate, adoption papers, or passport.

• Two Proofs of Address – Mortgage statement, rental agreement, or utility bill.

• Immunization Records – Must include the student’s name, birth date, vaccine type, and dates given.

• Recent Report Card or Transcript – For students entering first grade or above.

• Legal Guardianship or Custody Papers – If applicable, such as adoption papers, divorce custody agreements, or court documents granting guardianship.
