Returning Families – Annual Student Information Update

We’re excited to introduce Synergy, Creswell School District’s new Student Information System—designed to make staying connected to your student’s education easier and more efficient than ever.

As part of this transition, families will now use ParentVUE, a secure portal within Synergy, to:

• • Update household information and verify emergency contacts

  • Review attendance, grades, and schedules

  • Complete annual online registration forms

Action Needed Before First Day of School!

Returning Families (students enrolled in Creswell School District during the 2025–26 school year):

Annual registration updates for the 2026–27 school year are completed through ParentVUE.

1. Log in to your ParentVUE account.
2. Complete the Annual Student Registration process.
3. Review and verify household information, phone numbers, emergency contacts, medical information, and other required forms.
4. Update any information that has changed to ensure we have accurate records for your student.

New to Creswell School District for 2026–27, but your student has attended Creswell schools in the past?

Your student may already have an existing record in our system. To avoid creating a duplicate record, please use the ParentVUE account activation process before beginning enrollment.

1. Contact your child’s school to receive a ParentVUE account activation code
2. Follow the automated email ParentVUE instructions using your activation key.
3. Once your account is activated, complete the student registration process through ParentVUE.

Need an Activation Key or Having Trouble Accessing ParentVUE?

Please contact your school office for assistance. Staff can verify your information and help you access your ParentVUE account.

Didn’t Receive the Email?

• If you do not receive your activation email, please contact your school office starting to verify your email address.

• Once confirmed, we will resend your ParentVUE activation information.

New to Creswell School District?

If your student did not attend CSD in 2025–26, please use our Online Enrollment system to register as a new student.
