CMS Fall Sports registration is now open using the link above. Once you create an account, you can sign your child up for their sport. You can upload their current physical on the site also or you can bring it to the school office.

To pay the sports fee you will log on to SchoolPay.com 

Once there, create an account. You can use SchoolPay to pay for sports and all school-related fees (student body, electives,  field trips, etc.)
