Dear Creswell High School Students, Parent and Guardians,
We are approaching the end of another week of distance learning. I can not express enough the efforts our students and the support of our families during this time. We know this has been very difficult for many of you, and wish nothing more, than to see your faces and have you back in our building. We look forward to that time, when that will occur again.
I wanted to send out some information as we approach the end of the year and some reminders.
- Senior Awards and Scholarship Evening
Seniors and their families should have received a Zoom link for tonight’s event. This evening is limited to seniors and their immediate family due to capacity and security reasons. If you need the link for the event, please email Mr. Standridge (bstandridge@creswell.k12.or.us).
- ASB and Class Officers Voting
Voting for the 2020-2021 ASB Officers and Class Officers is currently taking place through the Class of 2021, 2022, and 2023 Google classes. If you haven’t already submitted your vote, we’d like to encourage you to participate. Campaign speeches and the voting form are available in your grade level Google class. The voting deadline is Friday at 3:00 p.m.
- Furlough Days – No School – District Staff and Offices are closed Friday May 29th

- Additional Year End Information
June 4th – Last day of any new instruction.
June 5th – 7:00pm will be our graduation and it will be broadcast as a video link @ 7:00pm. You can access this through email that will be sent at that time, on the schools website as well as the district website. You may send this to any family and friends that you wish.
June 8th – 10th – Final work turn in for students and any class projects or assessments. We will be providing during this time any student to turn in work to get them to a passing status. If they have not turned in their work or have a 60% in the pass, they will receive an Incomplete (INC) for the course and can work with that teacher individual to complete the course when school resides in the fall.
- End of the Year Awards Assembly (9th -11th Grades)
June 10th – We will be having our yearly end of the year awards assembly (grades 9-11) from 1:00PM – 3:00PM via Zoom. This link will be sent out to families and students the night prior to the awards assembly. We will also announce the new officers of our ASB positions during this assembly.
June 11th – Furlough
June 12 – Grade Day for staff – Transcripts will be available in August when office staff return from summer break.
- Technology and Text & Library Book Return –
We will be collecting all technology and remaining text books during the week of June 15th – 17th – This will occur at the High School parking lot and we will provide you a schedule soon. This will also be the last time to pick up any personal items. Any items that are not collected will be disposed of or donated to the local shelter. Here are the following times you can come to the high school to do this. The Middle and Elementary schools will be conducting returns at the same time.
June 15th and June 16th – 9:00AM – 12:00PM & 1:00PM – 3:00PM
June 17th – 1:00PM – 3:00PM
