Facility Use Requests

Our schools and facilities are part of the Creswell community. We offer a variety of buildings, spaces, and fields for community rental.

To submit a facility use request, complete the Facility Use Request form and return it, along with proof of insurance, to the appropriate building. The complete application process, including current rates, is outlined in the request form.
